Just changed mine to 5mbps transformed package. I'm still on old copper & somehow I've not faced a single disconnection since.

Nope I didnt. I actually asked Twitter support every week if exchange has been transformed
Yes new packages are available on Copper wires too. even I am on Copper wire as well but backbone is fiber plus i am using VDSL
never got disconnections at all. Stable internet with no problems at all.
We have disabled traderscore and are working on a fix. There was a bug with the plugin | Click for Discord
