ur expecting too much sir g
36mb means ull get max 4.5mbps download speeds
n uploads well not more than 800kbps or max 1mbps (mb=megabytes not megabits)
but i highly doubt ptcl delivery
high speed 3g is still not available to every place, advertised 3g/nitro enabled 205 cities dnt even have proper 3g connections, speeds never reach 9mb (900kbps) mostly it remains around 400-500kbps, so even with 4G ptcl will maximum hit 2mbps downloads in just 5 or 6 cities n in selective zones of these cities
ur expecting 10-12mbps which is around 80mb-96mb lol

I hope the data limits set on PTCL are because of this and the data limits on this are at least 150GB ,cuz the data limit on DSL is 300GB

i dont know but i get mostly 800kbps on wingle ..so i am more then happy uploads at 300kbps is also more then enough ----maybe its region or area --
so if 4g offers just for example even 1400-1500kbps which it should more then enough for me to swtich to 4g lte then 3g .

3G or 4G ko hi dekh lo bhaio. kitna drama kia unho ny for high speed, or mila kia??? i have myself used telenor, and Ufone 3G standing only 20 feet away from their main tower and i got like 240kbps at max...

PTCL is the worst company ever, they can't even resolve problems with their DSL and yet they keep coming with these new products when they completely lack the ability to provide good connectivity and to resolve any problem, customers for them means nothing but herd of sheep and they manipulate them as they wish.
They have now capped the download limit of Wingle from 75GB to 30GB, biggest fraud of all time, is there any one actually watching over PTCL? Where is the frigging PTA, how can they do this to their customers?? This is just insane.
Nothing can be ever good in this country, there is always some problem, the government right now has only one motive, how to block everything so they could hide all the realities and keep the people here ignorant, Ganjay braadraan always do this kind of stuff, F*cking morons.
I have lost all hope today, we are in the hands of the biggest idiots in the world and there is simply no hope for us.
