Hi,

I have been having trouble with a Smart TV app It's not working on my Android OS, v5.0 device Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML. It flashes a black screen for 5-10 sec then closes no errors or suspicion of warnings anywhere in this process. I have already sent an email to [email protected] but no reply Any ideas as to what I can do?

This same thing happens on my lg l9, maybe because it couldn't handle to app.

But works flawless on lg g2, and grand prime.

I was previously using Smart TV App on Android 4.4, but after upgrade to Android 5.1 the App is no longer working... It just loads the profile when I click the channels it buffers for some time and errors that Please Check Your Internet Connection!!!
Can anyone confirm if the Smart TV App (Rs. 49 one) is working on Android 5.1??
