Now I've been facing this pocket loss/slow browsing issue for 11 days now and I complained for the second time 2 days ago. Their response was that this issue was not on their end and according to them my internet is running perfectly. I now decided to just get connect as a lot of people are recommending it, one of them being @Blastwave. Now I just want to get some clarification on this issue to how exactly or what exactly is happening, apparently no other ptcl users are facing this issue so it's clearly not on their end. My Pc isn't infested with viruses or anything and I just reset my router yesterday to no avail. Could it be a cable fault in my area? @StrikerX
