Playstation PS4 Tolerance, Heat and Tempratures. How far have you taken it?

Hey Guys,

PS4 is a golaith of visual spewing. Fantastic visuals and great framerates. The result is heat generated in the console. I have noticed that playing Battlefield 4 or Killzone for mere half hour or an hour causes the system to kinda heat up. As in the console gets hot and not in a bad way. I was wondering how many of you guys have made it RUN for longer hours? And what was the system's response?

I was using laptop cooler and it looks cool too with blue led lights .

Well few days back, I turned on my ps4 at 2pm, it was running the whole time, I didn't turned it to standby mode or turned it off, Just turned the controller off on COD: Ghosts menu. It was on for 13 hours, turned it off at 3am. I would play and then again turn off the controller on any game menu, for me it did got quite warm, but not much plus people who say that it gets damn loud after couple of hours of gaming session they are wrong, my PS4 was really silent, more silent than XB360 slim.
I didn't noticed any lags, framerate drops anything, it was same just like before!

I don't know why there is something wrong with my friends PS4 whenever he plays KZ:Shadow Fall for more than 4h,
his PS4 gives Blue Light of Death or Overheating issue.
He had claimed his warranty 3-4 times :|

Hmmm thats alarming.... KZ SF is a PS4 exclusive and playing just 4 hours causing that is bad. Blue Light of Death means PS4 is primarily not finished but symptoms are fatal. There are people who revived their ps4 after BLOD.

I've seen a lot of people complaining that their PS4 gets really loud, Overheats after playing Killzone Shadowfall. Some also said that their PS4 drive stopped functioning after playing Killzone Shadowfall! It's kinda strange that a game is causing these issues! :Oo:
