i transfer 4 games using ftp black box 1.1 they all run after 5 hours i transfer 2 more games but in back up manager only name is appearing of that 2 games no icon . i try to run them but they are showing as a corrupt data .

i transfer again ... again same problem . i copy them to external hd they are working fine from external hd .
what happened to ftp software . which version of ftp is working fine?

lol its not even for tech junkies,its like saying "hey i can hack the ps3 with an egg,but don't tell anyone that the egg is just a case for dongle" check the comments,everyone is calling it a waste of time

No,not gonna exploit by console...already upgraded to the 3D firmware,may be just may be i will buy a slim later next year for running those promising homebrew apps.waiting for a wii emulator now

Thats' Weird i am using the Original PS3 FTP server and its working perfectly for me check my tutorial a couple of pages back and use PS3 FTP coupled with filezilla to transfer files.

@Obb well playing Wii Games through the Ps Move will be Awesome For Sure i hope that becomes a reality :D

Make sure the copied games are in this format in ps3 hdd

hdd/LAUN12345/GAMEZ/gameName/PS3_DISC.SFB

and NOT in this format

hdd/LAUN12345/GAMEZ/MyCoolFolder/GameName/PS3_DISC.SFB

the only reason the ICON will be disappearing is because I think you copied unnecessary 'wrapping' folders?

PS3Hax member NZHawk, has released an ‘awesome’ application known as “NZHawk’s Awesome MountPoint Manager v1.0″. This program allows you to choose where to install the PS3 game (instead of having it in LAUN12345)

SCEA is hard at work to find you

In this boring legal filings by Sony, it now covers not just PSJailbreak, but also names PSGroove, PSFreedom, OpenPSJailbreak, and they have filed printouts from various blogs, forums, with comments and tutorials people have been writing up on how to use these various programs. They even mention of course the phone ports & TI84 calc. hacks.Sony is using this information, to get the courts to order up faster service, to force the various ISP’, Domain Register’s, and Web Hosting Services to give up the personal info on their clients so that can serve more court papers on those people, and issue DMCA takedown notices to shut down various sites.

So for the Judge has only granted one order so far, this one is directed to YAHOO! to within 5 business days to turn over all the information they have on a “[email protected]”, all IP’s he used to access his mail, his personal info stored by Yahoo, his email of course, and other logs.

This E-Mail address is the one that was used to rent the mail-drop box in Texas used by http://shoppsjailbreak.com as their virtual office for orders, shipments, registering the domain name, etc.

Recently, that above name site which also goes under the company name of Zoomba stop using the “.com” domain and now is operating under a http://shoppsjailbreak.net domain. — Plus also the http://psjailbreakcanada.com site which seems to point IP wise to the older site, has suddenly been changed to DOJ/IPR/ICE notice that has been used in the past for “Torrent/Movie” site take-downs!

Anyhow, here is all the public court documents you can read thru them now, and see just what SCEA has been printing out about yourself online, they are asking the court they need to findout the true identify of everyone that sells, makes, offers for sale, or even has just knowledge of the real people behind any project called PSJailbreak, PSGroove, OpenPSJailbreak, PSFreedom.

Don’t be surprized if the next few days, you see less sites online, or you find yourself answering the door to a person serving you a Summons to Appear!

Yes you can play a game off external and internal hard drive provided if you have a jailbreak device, backup manager and a game on the hard drive.

it was just an imagination of people using PS3 this way, only about 1 and a half month back. And now look at this. Desi people are making their own modchips.

but on a serious note, no one had any idea of this hack coming ;p such a big news and it took the gaming world with surprise.

Things are changing pretty fast in the PS3 arena agreed.

Hopefully soon you'll hear the news for a L2 access to PS3.

Me and couple of guys are teaming up in exploring the possibilities of installing an additional NAND one having a permanent 3.41 for offline play and one having latest mandatory firmware, since both NAND will be connected with an on/off switch so the online will never know about the jailbroken one. Similar line like cygnos did for

XBOX360, and luckily toshiba accepted my request for NAND chip samples, Qimondda has already shipped me 1GB RAM chips.

The french developer is already exploring different possibilities, reverse to upgrading.

The SDK is already out, so if you know programming making software (unsigned) for PS3 is not much of a deal.

But of course not all exploits are released to public, as sharing all exploits with public means that same is cc'ed to SONY who will move in fast to address to them.

I got my Jb Device Flashed to the latest firmware and now the games are booting without a Disc in the Drive and is really convenient Thanks Xboy for Flashing it for me :D

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
