I am using wutangrza patched by kmeaw, if i wanna install wanin v2, how can i do that?

Update to official 3.55 . Download cfw v2 , and install waninkoko. (remember to update to 3.55 not 3.56!)

I updated to OFW 3.55 then i installed wutangrza CFW, now should i update to OFW 3.55 again and then Wanin v2, or should i directly install wanin v2 over my wutangrz ?

Go into recovery mode, 2 ways:
1: The easy way:
Step 1:
Turn off your Playstation 3.
Step 2:
Hold the power button down. The system will turn on and turn off once again.
Step 3:
Once the system has been shutdown, re-press you finger until you hear 2 consecutive beeps
Step 4:
When you hear the 2 beeps take finger off power button.
Step 5:
You will be promted to plug in your controller via usb and then hit the PS button
Step 6:
The Recovery Menu will pop up.


2: The more complicated way:
Remove ur ps3's hdd and format it using a pc/laptop, then connect it to ur ps3 again and point the CFW in any usb storage device to the ps3 and ti will be installed.

i have installed a new backup manager, now i cannot find the copied games in my internal HDD, what should i do ?

I don't know why people don't bother to mention wutangrza cfw, while for me wutangrza runs every game......and with gaia manager 2.05 freezing rate is almost none. after installing gaia 2.05 my ps3 hanged only two or three times and i am using it almost from a month....

bottom line : for me wutangrza plus gaia manager 2.05 is awesome so far. and i played every latest game. I mentioned name of the games above....

Heard from couple of people who installed waninkoko v2, that it's having some issues.....a guy reported that back up managers with waninkoko v2 do not even load the game....

OKAY.... Officially reporting 100% stability for Waninkoko V2. Not a single freez so far. Took the plunge last night. Uncharted 2 is running flawlessly now (after updating to latest version), so am a very happy person

Fear 2, Forgotten Sands and Modern Warfare 2 are still not running. Will report after trying them with 'fix permissions'. Other than that, take it from me, W2 is better than kmeaw in almost all respects, at least for my CECHC04.

No need to go in the recovery mode. It's gimmick. If it will brick it will bring whatsoever.

Just install ofw 3.55 again everytime you need to switch to other cfws. Then install the relevant cfw you want.

Fear 2, Forgotten Sands and Modern Warfare 2 not running even after fix permissions. These three weren't reported to work in the list posted much earlier by mlitz, so I guess it's the same for all CFWs. Anybody managed to run any of those on 3.41 JB?

I think why you're generally recommended to go to recovery mode is because if you're already on 3.55 OFW, most of the times it won't let you install another 3.55 fw UNLESS you're in recovery mode. That's what happened to me, so had to go to RM.

which version of manager you are using

try GAIA 2.07 if you havent already and latest version of multiman , see if it solves your problem

MW2 and POP Forgotten sands both were not running even on jailbreak dongle, and cfw game compatibility is almost same as jailbreak dongle....I tried both on jailbreak dongle when i was using it, but a black screen used to come at startup of these game....

heyy errr if u upgrade ur ps3 to 3.55 aur 3.55 (patch) does ur PS3 still have the capability to play DVD movies..???

Well i tried dvd movie on my ps3 which is hacked via wutangrza cfw and it was working, and obviously bd games are also working, but i haven't tried bd movies, hopefully it will work too as dvd movies are also working....so far my cfw is going good.

anyways
i wanted to know if u need new eboots to run games on the cfw 3.55 when upgrading it from 3.41 jb!! i mean i have gt5 with eboot for 3.41 jb will i need new eboot etc to run it on 3.55 cfw or will it work on its own? same goes for other games!

don't need any other eboot for any game, only unmodified game will work on cfw.

I checked again today God of war collection is running fine via Gaia Manager 2.07 but the freezing problem still persists.plzzz tell me gow to fix this pandora temple freezing bug or can someone give me save file after that.
