I've stopped using torrents since I got my RS Premium Account. There is only one website you need to go to which has EVERYTHING, stuff with even all the torrent sites combined, but not sure if we're allowed to post here etc. Torrents are really slow compared to RS, which gives full line speed. If you're a free user you're out of luck
. RS has removed the waiting limit but the download speed for free users has dropped significantly.
Anyways, port forwarding does increase speed and stability of the connection so I'd recommend you do it.
I don't know how PTCL handles torrents and all, but the above statement was based on experience only.
Aren't ports supposed to be forwarded from your routers settings? (Enter Default Gateway in IE/FF and configure settings).
