Allah has given you this life again so take care of your health now and you need to make changes in your lifestyle i.e stop smoking immediately(if you smoke), walk daily, stay away from oily foods(ye samjhay ke ghee ya chknai wale chezy dunia main hai hi nae), Monitor your blood pressure regularly and control it.

Take medicine and precautions insha Allah you will be fine brother Ameen

Wow - this was shocking and also an eye opener...

We still believe that heart attack is for the older folks but we forget our diets are way worse than what people ate 20 years ago. I fear for my health too these days... I have an extremely bad diet (for almost 10 years now) - all junk food, softdrinks and no excercise.... >.<

I'll be starting off with a complete blood test and get myself checked up - time to fix this before its too late...
