I am planning to buy a ps4 soon and preferably region3 12xx series console.I have few questions so bare with me please..

can i make a Canadian or US account on a region 3 console?

If i buy a used console can i make a new account with it?

I heard that digital games on ps4 are cheap as compared to hard copy is that true?

Does ps4 12xx series has heating issue considering the tempreture of pakistan in a non-AC room?

U can make US/canadian account on any reg ps4.

Yes u can deactivate/signout prevous account from a used ps4 and sign in/sign up new one.

No, digital ones are expensive, but they can be cheaper in sales, digital have no resale value, while physical ones can be bought cheap (old games) and also used ones are morr cheaper and have resale value.

12xx have peoduce less hea than 11xx series because 12xx consumes less power than 11xx, so go for 12xx.

That depends upon your usage. E.g: like if u want to buy PS plus subscription of which region, play games of which region and buy DLC of that game.

Mostly people make reg1, alhough it doesnt matter for those who dont wanna subscribe ps plus and/or purchase specific games' dlc. All games from every reg can be played on any reg of account.

Best thing to do would be to wait for E3. We should get answers to most questions surrounding the Neo.

Though, imo, it would be odd of Sony to not allow the new machine to run PS4 games, given that they are (according to rumors) based on the same architecture and run the same OS. Plus, games will be developed using the same graphics API.

Will do, Also CT bhai what is the best shop in rwp/isb for buying PS4 Sealed Pack? Because of shopkeepers keep original handles by them selves and pack copy controllers and i've see shopkeeps play games on "sealed pack"

It's a bit risky to get consoles from here in Rwp/Isb. Back when the PS3 launched, a guy at Plug n Play in Jinnah Super tried to sell me a used PS3 as new. It had scratches all over it, and the dude said they were the result of carrying the console from another country in a bag. In other words, a complete lie lol.

Famous Toys is more honest, but their prices are often ridiculous. These guys are thugs, generally speaking. If they won't sell you a used/defective unit, they'll overcharge you for one.

I would recommend getting the console through one of the premium sellers here on PG. I haven't turned towards any of the local shops ever since.
