Hi all!!! This thread should be expanded to include places to get good games(reasonably priced) for PS3 as well... i mean, wat is a ps3 without games???? rite???
I for one would like to know specific shops from where i can get games for PS3 without gettign ripped off.... a shop in zamzama (KHI) was selling me MGS4 two weeks ago for 4200, and it wasnt sealed either! So help required in gettign games for PS3 in khi.....

34k for 160GB is fine, though you should negotiate it to 33k.
About bundle... I don't think the shopkeepers would be giving you the games bundled with PS3 or they will charge more if they want to give off the bundled game. Get the normal bundle without games and buy games seperately.

em gonna buy a PS3 very soon, but i need to clear few things first...
which one to go for... phat one or slim one???
em livin in UK so is there anything i need to know about PS3 n its games that can cause me trouble while playing online games (my internet connection is 20Mbps)
as i came to know the price of PS3 is goen to b dropped by the start of sept...
so will the slim one will b of same $299 (£180 sumats) or will b higher than the phat PS3s???
one thing is also bothering me that sony is about to launch another slim version 250gig... is it worth to wait for it or not?
my mate used my PSN account on his ps3 to register... do i have to make a new one or not?
can i used the saved games from my mates PS3 as i've completed loads of games... or i've to do everything again on mine?
last but not least if i go for slim PS3, will it gonna give me the same overheating problem as i faced in PS2... as i noticed both of them dont got the fan

Hard to comment on Slim right now, it's not out and people aren't using it. I donno bout you, but I find the "phat" one to be hellota sexier, thanks to the gloss finish probably.

PS3 is still quite expensive in Europe after the price cut well Since some people here on PG got them for 600dollars at its launch when you have to get them just get them

if u are in uk get a pal ps3..cause blue ray movies tht u get will be pal ....and just to be on the safe side if u get it in uk u get warranty which u cna deal with and u get Pal games(even though games are region free, but still)
nah,.,,take a usb...Plug it into yr friend's ps3..copy the SAVED GAME DATA and paste them in yr ps3 folder...no one answered my all questions

Not all games' save data can be copied . Beware of that . Examples are Street Fighter 4 , WipEout HD ...
