Also if you want to download PS3 games then BitGamer (Private Tracker) will be a nice place.

Is there anything special about BCG (Black Cat Games)?

I read the review on Torrent-Invites, but i am unable to figure out why we should give it importance over IPT or other trackers like Torrent Leech etc.

Nopes, only thing special about it is that archive of all games released till date, otherwise for a regular user IPT is more then enough.
