Hello guys (sorry for messy formatting I actually had to put in html tags finally sorted:D)

My Rig specifications:

-Ryzen 5 1600x

-16 gb dual channel vengeance (8x8)

-Asus Prime X370 Pro

-2 TB Hard-drive

-Aorus GTX 1060 Xtreme Gaming 6gb

-PSU 550 Corsair

-Spec 04 Casing

So I've made a new built 3 months back and it has been working without any problem, I would also mention that I am using it with a backup UPS just to be safe if there is a power outage.
Now recently my PC stopped turning on, what did happen is I forgot to switch off the power supply while shutting down my PC, and when I turned it on the other day by first turning on the main switch then pressing the UPS power button and since the PSU switch was already on my PC "turned on"meaning the motherboard led were on as well as the fans and gpu lights up as well, which usuallydoesn't happen.(Usually just the motherboard RGB led turns on).
I was a bit surprised since this never happens but I pressed the power button and it turned on and worked fine and later I turned it off like usual also switching off the PSU.
Now the next day when I turn it on and remember this time my PSU switch is turned off, I turned it on and again the same scenario my motherboard RGB led, CPU fan and chassis fan as well as GPU lights turned on for about 2-3 seconds and turned off and when I pressed the power button this time it didn't work at all.

I tried removing and re-seating my both ram sticks, tried alternate combos nothing happened.
-Removed my GPU nothing happened.
-Removed CMOS battery for 5 minutes nothing happened as well as hard drives.
-Removed everything and even then it won't turn on.

Now the system is in warranty and I've already sent it to tech guys they started the system by shorting the motherboard some how and it was running fine at their shop so I
got it back to my place, though they advised me to not use to UPS since they couldn't find any problem in the system, so I ran it directly it was working fine then the other
day same thing happened I forgot to turn off the switch on my psu and when I started it same thing happened leds cpu fan, gpu leds ran for a second then I switched the
power button of my PC and it worked, but then I turned it off and ran it again to be sure but this time it didn't work again.

I would really some thoughts of what you guys think, I've sent it to the tech guys again this morning I just need to pin point the problem cause at this time it has become
problematic and also I think its a really small thing which shouldn't affect the computer this way (if the switch of the PSU is on)

Thanks in advance guys.

Try using another PSU. Testing parts on another pc is a good way to check if they have no issue.

I think I would ask the guys at the store to test it with a different PSU, just an update that they are gonna change the motherboard today MSI X370 Pro Carbon so should I first check the PSU first also is this PSU enough or should I get something with extra buffer?

Let the tech guys do what they want. If they are good, they will figure out the issue soon enough. in any case, if they cant, they will always offer you a newer system, so you win both ways.

If anything happened to the motherboard, IF, then the PSU is the culprit and might short your new one as well.
I suggest you get that replaced as well.

if we are moving towards more and more popular trash across platforms that make billions for companies, I'm happy with all the barriers and exclusivity because at least that brings some pressure to create good stuff.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
