try to get a 1440p 144hz monitor rx 580 or wait for vega which is launching by the end of the month. Or get a 1070
Dont get a 1080p monitor. adjust your budget google 144hz 1440p monitors in pakistan, there are a couple of models available. Benq has one, asus has a couple.
Go for an i7 7700 which comes with a stock cooler or get the i7 7700k which doesnt come with it and is a bit more expensive. Get 16gb ram. Get an NVME m.2 based drive or a normal SSD as boot drive and a 2tb HDD.
GTX 1080. I'm advising against it because people change their graphics card more often than their monitor so get the 1440p 144hz monitor now and upgrade your gpu 3-4 years down the line.
You dont need to buy razer gaming gear, get a decent mouse and keyboard which gets the job done under 5-10k as you can upgrade later.
Remember, i7, 1440p 144hz monitor and 16gb ram are a must.

If you're getting Nvidia wait a bit, when vega comes out Nvidia might slash prices or the gtx 1080 might come down a bit in price, so try to fit all of this in your budget.
The i7 7700 will save you a bit of money vs the 7700K cause the cooler itself is around 10k and then the heat generated in this Pakistani weather is a bit too much. Get the 7700 and get a decent CPU air cooler in 5-6k later to replace the stock cooler. Or you can get the stuff wight now minus the graphics card and buy that later when cheaper or newer models come out.

What are you going to use ur pc for, gaming, productivity or both? That's the biggest question when putting a parts list together...

Ryzen, Ryzen, Ryzen, is all I can say - not many people should be throwing money at Intel with its current (overpriced) lineup.

A 1080 isn't going to be able to run a 1440p monitor @ 144Hz. Unless you're playing e-sports/competitive FPSs then you don't need 144Hz. Go 1080p or make the jump to a 4k monitor.

We'll almost certainly have a release date for Vega at Computex, on the 1st of June. My guess is it will be released towards the end of June - add a month or so for it to get here. If you don't like what you hear, then maybe (not very likely, though) there will be another price drop on the 1080s. That said, don't expect the prices to drop here, you're still going to get gouged till the current stock sells out.

And to reiterate what I think is the most important choice you're going to make...

R.Y.Z.E.N ...

Can't believe people are suggesting the 7700/7700k...gumbies, really...please...

Hey the gtx 1080 will push 120-144 fps in most games at high to ultra settings in most games.
Ryzen offers more cores but the i7 7700k is still king when it comes to gaming. If youre going to do productivity stuff like video editing and rendering go for Ryzen, If its just gaming, web browsing watching movies etc go for the i7 7700k.
Don't listen to kkfroma2j. He's just not well informed. 1440p right now is the sweet spot. 4K is really demanding and 144hz is the best thing ever when it comes to smooth gaming.
1080p now isnt good enough in that budget. And Vega is being announced by the end of the month. So see what they come out with.

Wrong, so wrong...if I was to respond and try and explain things it would be a very, very long post.

It's good that ur asking questions. Don't take either of our words for it; there is a ton of info out there...do you're own research, you'll see what I mean.

And you're free to think and feel however you like. I offered my two cents. Unfortunately for you, I don't have the time or energy to go and spend the next few hours sifting through all information out there to provide you with the data-sets that would show you that you'd be wrong in choosing 7700/7700k, wrong in thinking that a 1080 can pump out 144Hz @1440p on AAA titles @ max settings and wrong about 1440p vs 4k ...your money, your mistake.

But as long as your happy, right...

Bro nobody is saying that you gotta keep the settings at max. There isnt a massive difference between Ultra and High settings. It's just not worth the fps hit. I play at 1080p using an R9 290. And I am an AMD fan just because they offer better value. His budget is around 2k USD and in that budget he can get a 1080 or vega. But seeing that Vega isnt out yet I cant suggest to him something that doesnt exist.
Most of the benchmark videos i've seen have i7 7700k winning in purely gaming scenarios. Ryzen is the better choice if you want to game and do productivity work like photoshop, video editing etc.
A 1080 will push 100+ fps in AAA titles. You can drop the settings a bit if it doesn't. And 144 hz monitors are good because if you play multiplayer games like BF1, Call of Duty or Counter strike you can easily push 100 fps on medium to high settings. I play BF4 on low to medium to get 150+ fps on my 1080p 60hz monitor and it's a better experience compared to 1080p ultra settings where I get 60-80 fps. GTX 1080 or Vega. Id say wait for vega, its literally announcing in a couple of days.

Thank you guys for the great response many of think i should go Ryzen i know its an amazing processor for its value but the issues are as follows

1- Games that are out now does not rely on multi core most of the games are gpu dependent
2- Ryzen might be cheap outside pakistan but here its more priced then 7700 and im talking about the 1700. 1700x and 1800x are even more so
3- Games are not optimized for multicore and thread in the future they might become but as of now they arent. Games like overwatch even cap the cpu (I mostly play overwatch for Competitive )

The only card that can push good fps on 4k is 1080ti. Even a 1080 bends on its knees on 4k.

Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
