i got payoneer mastercard by simply signing up at its website, card reached me after 21 days, used it to verify my paypal.
Now i need some money in payoneer card so that i could link with my PayPal and all limits shall be removed. that 500 dollar limit will be removed
I dunno but when i enterted my bank account details 2 transactions were charged. One was for 1$ (which was later refunded to my paypal after verification) and another transaction of 0.5$ or something like thatthe payoneer said that paypal will send two minor payments within 3-5 days
how come u got payment the next day
paypal just sents for verification, afterwords they retrieve back those minor amounts they send
And when the transactions were charged to my bank, the next day i checked my online transactions and then just entered the paypal transaction id. Maybe i dont use payoneer card thats why it was so fast

they sent me an email that your account will remain limited however you can withdraw funds from your account

If you use paypal from Pakistan, don't log in from proxies and limit your account.
Unfortunately for you, you have two options.
1. Either ask a relative in USA to call them, and give them all your required details for a while.
2. Make a new US account and call Paypal from Pakistan and tell them some bullshit about you needing to delink your bank account from the oringinal paypal account because you do not wish use their services.
Please guys, I repeat, do not get your accounts limited by using proxies.
You won't be able to call them to stop the limitation unless you're calling from USA.
