PakGamers in Spider Magazine

Well seeing as how this topic sort of died with the pakgamers crash a few days ago, here it is again. Spider magazine put pakgamers in their trends page in the latest issue, and today i ahem.. borrowed it from my friend.. here's the paragraph.

If you are a gaming enthusiast and you want to interact with fellow pakistani gamers then this is the place to go. This community is dedicated to bringing together pakistani gamers including those residing outside pakistan and gaming teams. Currently, this seems to be the only community of its kind emphasising gaming in pakistan with an aim to promote the billion dollar global gaming industry in the country, The forum itself is very stylishly designed, depicting gaming themes in the logo and color scheme, the forum is divided into seven sections based on the types of games, such as console gaming zone, lan parties and online gaming and developerment realm. Even though the site doesnt boast a huge number of members, this is definetly one of the more active forums.

well, it wasnt an advertisement, and i dont think they'll repeat the same website in repeating issues.

I think they should've contacted Inferno about this too. And maybe they should stop printing pics from Gamespy on their magazine (yeah I recognized the logo instantly). Geez they could've atleast gotten rid of the watermark!

sooner or later they'll get the court hammer on them lol, anyway, i think spider should make a page or 2 page article based on pakgamers seeing as how its the only community of its kind right now.

the less said about the gaming pages from spider the better.

its a pretty decent review , seems the guy lurked around here for while didnt just write the thing in a hour or whatever.

they also have the banner picture of PG that we have right now which inferno changed not that long ago, someone from spider may still be here. !.

As far as the promotion concern, just wait..these days I already have too much work pressure as the recent server accident not only affected PakGamers but all of my websites which were the main source of earning and funding for my online ventures and loosing US$ 1000 approx is not a small thing..

I have lost of pending work for PG I know there are lots of broken links around..we don't have a review section and other features like gallery etc...I am working daily and solving issue one by one...

Once I see that things are getting stable and normal, I will re-do the promotion phase and continue the expanding of PG to a full gaming website..I hope this all will not take much time I am doing my best.

As far as the spider review concern about PG, too bad at the time which was very important for PG faced that accident...that is something I will never forget..it's like a world trade center event for me

ANyway, we are getting members daily..so it's all good!

Pg server crashes on a very crucial time when thousands of people want to see the only Pakistani gamming community. Its a bad luck.

For PG promotion write internet mag. , dawn sci-tech and Ufone tech-talk for review or some one write a small review for Dawn young world they print website review some times.

^ lol..what do U think? I am not that retard..this shit happens to me for the first and the last time in my life..I have nearly 4 years of experience in runnning a web-server..he mis-spelled the word crash.

Yup.
For sure PG missed few handy users but I guess if PG will keep it steady speed as i am seeing right now, then we can be in Spider for one more time.
