If you have an electronics market in your city like Hall Road/Hafeez Center in Lahore, you can easily buy it from there.

You can also check for any Speakers/Woofers Repair shop in your area. They usually have these kind of male-female adapters.

I am in abbottabad , so no luck

You can usually find these stores near engineering universities. I think there's one near NED.
