Announcing DLCs even before the base game is out is very disappointing. First Rockstar with RDR2 and now Insomniac games. I am even confused if i should buy the game on launch which i had initially planned or wait for the some GOTY edition with all DLCs included at a cheaper price.

This...I totally agree...its weird..I get that start marketing early to get in with the hype of the release, but its a poor poor strategy

it basically says to me " Oh look, we have built this already, and we couldve included this in the game, but guess what, we dont think your 60$ or 6000 Rs is worthy of this content, so pay us more "

I think his is a mistake but I think their marketing team was probably panicking due to the whole downgrade/puddlegate incident and wanted to shift the conversation which backfired as well.

The downgrade in graphics is just rumors I believe. I have been following this issue on Neogaf recently, and a member who also works for DigitalFoundry shared that there were no downgrades in graphics and have been actually improved (tesallation, ambient occulusion blah blah blah that I always fail to understand) compared to what was shown in 2017.

He also said about posting a video at DigitalFoundry regarding the subject today. Don't know if its uploaded yet since Eurogamer is blocked in my office. So lets see.

So waiting for some special edition with all DLCs would be better right. Don't know if i will be able to hold myself lol. But I made a similar mistake with Horizon zero dawn and never got the chance to play Frozen Wilds because its very difficult to find PSN store cards here at reasonable rates in Islamabad.

Oh no no no....this was in plans since way earlier. The assets for characters, marketing strategy and custom animations needed for that sequence is not something you can cook up in a week. This must've been worked on for at least 3 months well in advance. Also they will NEVER release a trailer which hasn't been polished to beta stage without stamping a major WORK IN PROGRESS or ALPHA BUILD watermark in there. And a single cinematic quality character takes approximately 3, 4 months of work from all departments ( Narrative, then Conceptual art , then Character modeling, Character rigging, then animations, then cinematics and then marketing)

Reviews are out, but I'm too lazy to post them here. Going at 88 atm on OpenCritic. Most common complaint is monotonous side mission structure.

It's at a metascore of 87 with 81 reviews. I doubt it'll drop much from here, if at all.

Man thanks so much! Although i don't own a paypal account but I did send money outside of PK a year ago. I will need to check that again with my bank and get back to you.

I have gone through a couple of reviews last night and everything looks good so far. Except for a few claming the side missions to be monotonous. But NYC looks gorgeous and density of the world is just amazing and nothing seemed to be downgraded to me so far.

One thing I didn't expect and as people are claiming in reviews is the very mature character development of Peter Parker. Can't comment much on that since I have played the game myself yet. So lets see.

this will prolly be somewhere between the last Resistance game and Sunset overdrive in terms of success.

how generic action fest. so far we have only seen heavily scripted encounters with lots of explosions and pretty meh combat.
