anyone has a non-ptcl internet service recommendation since worldcall will refuse to help me out here :( ...connect net is unavailable in my area (near dolmen mall sea view clifton block 5)

Anyone using leo net here ? I have been having this problem for a week now ... High ping on all servers ... Used to play on Eu west server with pings about 160-200 but now i get 350+ on that server ... same is the case with Eu east server .. SEA has always been sucky on Leo net used to get 400 + there but since a week i m getting around 250 there .. the only playable server for me currently is SEA on which i get 250 ping .. Can any one tell me how to get this fixed? I cant directly ping any international ip .. Btw my internet is working absolutely fine .. 400+ on torrents have check speed test and all .. everything is fine .. Its just the dota that im having problem with atm .. If its going to be fixed from my Isp side what should talk i talk them about to get them to fix it

last i emailed them regarding port unblocking for league of legends no real reply and this optimization ...they ended up blocking facebook and even tribune websites ...amazing stuff really T_T

LAN option comes to DOTA 2 in the latest patch
