online movies with 512k?

salam,

i was wondering if someone here watch full length streaming movies with ptcl 512 con. cuz i recently registered myself at watch-movies.net for movies and it seems to me that 512k is not enough plus they upload most of their movies at megavideo and it buffers after every 4-5 seconds.
is there any software i can get, or any other websites for full length movies or its just that 512 isnt enough. and btw ptcl sucks big time.

i have no major issues running videos on megavideo, start the video, pause it, go take a pee break or something, then come back and the video would have advanced enough to give you a smooth experience.

Run a virus and spyware scan. It do something because of viruses. I have bad experiences because of viruses but after removing them,you will get good buffering if your connection is working perfectly.

well, no luck at all. i have tried everything, the buffering doesnt stop at all.
i checked my ptcl connection speed at speedtest.net it shows around about 450-550 down and 90-120 up everytime.
i have even tried video acceleter, and given unlimited space, in player settings. didnt work.
so guys help me out

brother in these days ptcl and also others company service down.
i think its also affect on ur buffing.but it ll perfect after 31 dec.then i hope u dont face this problem any more.

same problem withme billoo . yar i hav Ptcl 1Mbps connection but streaming video + 1mbps Suxx.

i installed Video accelerrator now im feel that i can watch video better ! But yar vo maza nahi ha jaBkay 1Mbps ha huh

World call internet is also running at nearly half its speed.
Billo u can c if any of the software application(programmes or even windows itself) is updating itself.

well folks, it still aint working for me. i dont think 512 is good enough for streaming vids online. so any video acceleters i should use, cuz i have already tried speedbit video acc. and it seems to work with youtube only, and btw its pain in the ass. so any other i should be aware of?

Just download them off torrents and you will enjoy it more. This is what I do and I have a 512Kbps PTCL connection

watchin online movies is noobish.... u can get a dvd quality movie in 700mb off any rapidshare forums like warez-bb.org etc.... that will take around 3 hrs to download on a 512 connection and will give a MUCH MUCH better experience

hmm, so does anybody know where i can download sitcom and series, where each episode is around 100mb or under 100mb, where ever i look a epsiode is over 220 mb, thats why i am watching online rather then downloading it first.
