Online Access Code(Region Locking)

My primary account is a Region 2 account. If I get a Region 3 game, would I be able to use its activation online pass on my Region 2 account and be able to play online? If yes, then how?

Yes all you have to do is make a region 3 account and activate your code through that. Once that's done you can use your region 2 account to play online.
