yar mei ne pehle chem phr maths thn physics aur phr baki questions kiye

well i am going to solve Maths,phys,english,IQ and then CHEM , around 30 mins are left after doing phys and chem section.

Yaar aap loggon kee apni marzi hai but just a suggestion,cause i really found it helpful,i used to approach with this order

Intelligence,english,chem,phy,maths,

shuru k section ace krke confidence bhi mil gya hota hai and choty bhi hoty hain wo...if you are from a-levels you can swap chem and phy with each other because chemistry is all in all ratta/booklines from our book so it. "might" take sometime for you folks to figure the questions out...

Baqi its upto you ;D but i really feel most of the time the culprit is maths sec. Which consumes most of our time in initial phase

No the submission date of sat results is 15 july,and btw mray khyl se ya to sat k zariay apply hota hai ya test,anyways if anyone of you ever want to take admission on basis of SAT,only go with SAT subject tests route cause merit closes on 2200 2150 etc almost every time,so subject tests are really really easy to take...

But its written on nust's site that for information on how to apply on SAT basis check collegeboard.com and there it says the tests will be held in october, november and no test is before 15 july.... Now what?

Btw how the hell do you register for sat? I looked on their website and its in dollars.... that means if i want to give phy chem math that'll be a total of 116 dollars? wtf

You had to give SAT before March 2014 if you wanted to apply for SAT seats. And yeah. It is damn expensive.

CS is a broad field and deals with the computer on the whole while SE's prime focus is on software development. You can compare the courses of both SE and CS offered in NUST. They are very similar in the first four semesters but from 5th semester you can see the difference. SE has courses like software construction etc but in CS the courses deal with the computer on the whole like Artificial intelligence and theory of automata. SE has higher merit because the word engineering is attached with it (I guess). CS is better (and more difficult) and the subjects are more interesting. What am I gonna do with a course such as software quality engineering? I don't think one man can make a huge software by himself so those courses won't be useful unless he is working in a big team in a big company, but with the knowledge of AI and stuff such as image processing one can make cool stuff himself such as robots. Companies also prefer CS over SE. And even if one wants to make his own software, CS provides useful knowledge to that person and subjects such as quality can always be self studied.

Yeah... FAST's courses are pretty similar to NUST. CS is the same where ever you go. Some unis might offer extra courses but the main courses remain the same, Operating systems, Database, Algorithms & Data Structures.. Some unis offer web related courses, other teach graphics...
