Man everyday somebody asks these questions. I mean its one thing to ask questions but its another to ask them again and again when one thing is already mentioned 10 times already. Look i dont mean to be rude but u shud have atleast tried looking urself first.

EDIT: Felt bad since u got nice marks in exams so ill answer em.
1. Xbox 360 Arcade around 18k-22k. It will be most probably PAL so not all games avlble in Pakistan will work on it so ull have to burn ur own disks. A pro costs around 28-32 k depending on its chip ie FALCON* or ZYPHER with FALCON being more expensive n safer.
2. Arcade since its cheaper. Again refer to above link and ive posted my reasons there. (#185)
3. U can download stuff from marketplace like demos etc on it and new dashboard feature has been just announced which will let u save and run games directly from hard disk which will reduce loading times and remove drive noise which is quite a lot.
4. Arcade is new core but with HDMI port and wireless joypad, plus it has 256 mb card instead of 64. So no drawbacks actually if u r getting Arcade.
5. A DVD burner costs around Rs 2000-2200, a mitsubishi DVD+R DL costs around Rs. 150 if u buy a 10 DVD spool. And region free games work without a hitch which cost around 100-120 each.
6. Ever heard of en.wikipedia.org or xbox.com???? u can play multiplayer games with Gold account and download stuff like demos etc a week earlier than silver account. Gold costs money, silver is free.
7. 512 KBPS is minimum recommended. It doesnt matter if u get 1 mbps or 2 mbps since Live will draw same speed from 1 mbps/2 mbps as it does from 512.
