I will get this cooler in the coming week i got it for my self just because this Noctua is the best company when it comes to Coolers and i dont like Water coolers because they are not reliable and give problems after a year

I also got the new 15 Noctua big one

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
