i use a pro paid for service called HMA (Hide My Ass) for other other stuff too and they actually can be used also to vpn all your phone traffic.
very very easy to do.
All your traffic packets go to them. They send it where it needs to go. It circumvents the block on VOIP by diverting all packets through a VPN Server in any country of your choosing.
I use this for paypal when i visit PK but I wouldn't advise it... ive personally used this to make payments and accept payments on my personal US paypal while im visiting pakistan
over 100-200 times... never got caught but that might be because my laptop has stayed the same for last 2 years so my MAC-ID (Like IP Address but unique for every device and can never be changed without alot lot lot of work) has never changed...

4G in chicago is pretty decent even in the subway believe it or not.

i get about 20-25 mbps on my 4G on my nexus 4.4G was good when it came out, it still is when it works the way it should, but too much of a battery drain. You on AT&T?nope... but i have an unlimited plan so doesnt really matter
T-mobile. My family plan is from 7 years ago... so my prices are really good and i cant switch out or ill lose my "grand-fathered" plan.
i do 90 USD a month for 5 lines with unlimited 4g, minutes, texts.
That's a golden deal man, how about international calls and stuff?
These days, no company gives unlimited data, lol.
