I have bought a ASUS H170M-E D3 motherboard, Core i5 6600 and Thermaltake DPS G 750W PSU. The other components were taken out from my previous build listed in my profile. I just assembled it today and found no display nor the HDD LED lights up, I have checked and rechecked all connections to no avail.

Is there an extra step to installation with Skylake? or I should return them under warranty claim? Do computer zone give good support in this regard?

so far i have used two different setups of 6th gen and there is nothing extra to do while installation, however i used DDR4 ........

your rams might be the point of conflict with the mb... try to boot with value ram ...

also try with the builtin GPU ....

btw does the CPU fan and the mb. turn ON?

Yes. Without GPU, same result.

I got no money left to buy RAM... mine will take more than a month to sell even...

it could an issue other than the rams but troubleshooting requires such things ....

try to put the mb. out of casing on a suitable surface and check .... reset the BIOS through the jumper (see manual)

It can be RAM or Mobo. Before going any further first check your Processor slot. If you have installed the CPU your self, there might be slight chance you have damaged it. Also check any other RAM with your system if possible.
Report back after confirming it.

I have checked the CPU socket, its fine. I have worked as a computer technician before. The only thing remaining is the RAM which I will get checked out as soon as I am able. If that fails then I'll RMA it. Thanks for the response though.

Karachi.
Remove PSU cable from the motherboard, and reinsert it properly (kas kar), then try again. This issue has happened to me on my ASUS mobo + i3 2100 a number of times in the past.

Nope. They have a very valid case. The above video explains it all.

Did y'all see the new Assassin's Creed trailer? They finally made a AC set in Japan & then they put a negro as the male protagonist. Ubisoft is taking cues from Disney, and it isn't gonna end well for them, just like Disney. Go woke, go broke!

Phil should be held responsible for this shitfest too, just like Sarah, but it's highly likely that these decisions are coming from Satya. And this isn't even the end of it. More closures are coming.

if we are moving towards more and more popular trash across platforms that make billions for companies, I'm happy with all the barriers and exclusivity because at least that brings some pressure to create good stuff.
