Anywhere in Karachi where I can get any of the mentioned phones? I have seen them listed on some websites but they're priced illogically. I went to Saddar and nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. It's been a while since the phones have been out but no one seems to have them.

Nexus 6p is officially launched in Pakistan by huwaei, you can easily get one from market. Only 64gb version available.

Any idea about the price?

Most places have the 5X for around 40k, which is a bit of a rip-off.

The 6P launched officially by Huwaei Pakistan, with local warranty as well retails for 67k, they only sell the 64GB one.
Both are overpriced but in my opinion, they're both Nexus devices and I would just go for the 5X. They'll still get the same updates at the same time and that's all that matters when you buy a Nexus.

I've been using the 6P for a couple of months now and nothing beats it.

If you're thinking about the 5X then do research about the issues with the phone. Some of them are pretty serious, the 5X was plagued with issues from day one and I honestly wouldn't recommend it.

Nexus 5X is priced at 40k on iShopping. What's illogical about that?
That's the 16gig version. The 32 gig version is 57k. The same phone is available in dubai for 49k. Cheaper in USA.

Exactly and that's the 16 gig version.

I found the price of Nexus 6p fair here in Pakistan. bytes was selling one with local warranty for 64k so it would be available at this price in open market.

Regular Pricefor 64gb in USA is 550$ * 8.1 tax =594.55$ and 594.55x 106= 63,000rs and you can get it here at the same price with Local warranty.

Can confirm, friend bought 6P 32GB directly from playstore, it cost him roughly ~57k

The price for the nexus 5X especially is a little unfair. The majority of online shops here are charging 49-57k for the 32 gig version. The 16 gig version has a reasonable price here but getting that one is useless because of the limited storage.

Bytes has bad reputation when it comes their overall shipping and product quality so I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a product with such a price tag.

I would say the best deal to go for would be with warranty because online retailers are selling the same thing without warranty with like a difference of 1-2k.
I recently got a nexus 5X for 42k. It's the 32 gig model. It was from Thailand and not from here. The retailers are charging too much for the 32 gig model here.

Also can anyone direct me to a shop where I can get a screen protector for the nexus 5X? Can't seem to find one in the local market. Also where can I get a USB c to normal USB converter for the phone?

Screen protectors will take a while to be available in local shops. I remember when the Nexus 5 had been made available in Pakistan, no shop had a screen protector for it, or a case.

There's really no guarantee on when it will come, if you really need one, wait for an online store to have one in stock, or just import a tempered glass screen protector and a USB - USB C converter from Amazon through a PG member who is offering the service.

Check amaga in the marketplace.
He is a premium seller based in Lahore, you can contact him at 0334-4338474.

If not, there are a bunch of websites based in Karachi/Lahore who import from Amazon.
MagicLamp, PK Ship and a few others, don't remember all the names.

did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
