Uncharted 3 was disaster? You kidding me i enjoyed it more than uncharted 2.It was better in every perspective except a bit loose story than uncharted 2.
But i prefer uncharted 3

The whole ship sections were forced only to show how dynamic oceans were, typical cliched Hollywood story. Uncharted 3 = Great start > Struggling Mid-section > Disastrous ending.

Uncharted 2 is still the best game out of the series.

Uncharted 3 wasn't a disaster but Uncharted 2 was miles better than it. It just felt like UC3 had no sense of pacing. TLOU was the exact opposite, it had great pacing. So if the people that worked on TLOU are working on the next Uncharted then I'm sure it'll be great.

I doubt Uncharted series will end anytime soon.

When GB asked them if Uncharted series was planned trilogy, Naughty Dog was quick to state that although the games seem to be like adventure series trilogy but in reality they are more like standalone adventures.

I think they will only be done with the series when fans dont want more Uncharted games. I can easily see this series going for the next 10 years. Some characters will die, some new characters will be introduced, Nathan drake will age, evolve and his relationship with Elena will have its twists and turns but its not what Uncharted games are about. There are tons of mysteries in the world that they can use in the future uncharted games.

The ship mission is still the most memorable thing from UC series to me man. The stage is set onboard a cruise ship with beautiful rain pouring down hard. It was one hell of a fight first you sneak past to get to the deck and then the fire fight which breaks lose on the loading deck man it was intense with the containers moving freely due the dynamic waves and then the underwater part blew my mind.

Then comes the plane crash part followed by the deserts and those storms. It was anything but a struggling disaster.

Uncharted 3 was awesome too. I agree that its pacing was not that good as compared to Uncharted 2 but other than that, it was equal if not better than Uncharted 2 for me.

Now if Neil Druckmann is onboard for Uncharted 4, that will be great. He is an awesome dude and a great writer/director.

It is some times wise to remove heavy fanboy googles. Naughty Dog is a good 1st party studio but that does not mean they are invincible and prone to such stuff. The reason why Uncharted 3 was dubbed by many as a step down in story writing and everything was because of the high bar set by Uncharted 2.

I can state the analogy of The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises here, TDKR was also termed as a step down from writing and more stuff because TDK set a very high bar.

No need to be sour and come blazing in attacking on a person who plays console exclusives. Your statements and hyperness alone tells the grim story that rational understanding has been lost and that's why console gamers are picked badly. SMH.

A new Uncharted? All Naughty Dog needs to do is focus less on making the game look pretty and improve the gameplay, make the characters have some depth and not have a cliche story. :tv:

UC3's pacing and gameplay were both much better than ND's next game(yes i m talking abt TLOU) but i agree, its mostly the story related elements that have been saving ND's ass for a while nw. i felt UC2's spark missing in UC3 and TLOU really kicked that feeling into the ballz. great story and characters can take u so much. this is exactly why i will not blindly jump-in before this game is released.

its a exhausting topic but yes, i found TLOU's gameplay very repetitive, limited and boring. the story and characters saved it for me or else there were times when my patience with the game was truly tested.

How did you form that conclusion? Where did I claim that UC3 beats every other UC game out there? I am not being hyper neither I am being sour, I am just making counters to your brute attempts to diss a game for what its not.
