They are also feeding me the same bull crap for 1 week. Maybe its because I am on VDSL.. it takes them weeks to change package on normal days while on ADSL my package would upgrade/downgrade in seconds. Funny thing is that for weeks they are calling it "technical error"every time I call them and the call gets dropped mysteriously when I start asking them questions. I am currently on 8MBps for 4k+. Maybe they don't want me to get better speeds since I am already paying them the same price lol.
I don't know why they are doing this to me then. Had another talk with the livechat and now they said they can't upgrade my 8MB to 20MB due to a 'systematical error'. Said I should follow-up after 48 hours.
