Band: Dark Tranquility
Album: Where Death Is Most Alive
Genre: Melodic Death Metal
Year: 2009
Country: Sweden
Similarities: At The Gates, In Flames

After listening to Projector and Damage Done back in 2004 i realized what melodic death metal has come to ... not in terms of music but in terms of Swedish emergence... row of new comers in this generic field. this one can say is a very best of compilation and some new tracks. do listen to Misery's Crown and Lost To Apathy and Therein. whats your say N.Killer, V.Corpse & Ahmad498.

rating: 4/5

^ I've not heard them much. I dont really follow death metal... except Gehenna which is more black metal i guess and Opeth which is progressive death... and that's about it..... i cant take too fast paced music.... but i guess DT isn't that fast paced, is it?

they are amazing... not really an extreme death core/black metal... ppl can hear what they really are singing not just immense growling and screaming.. just a nominal way

This band is really cool and worth listening. Few of their songs were my favorite. The funny thing is i hate Death Metal but Melodic Death Metal FTW!!! Ill surely check out their new album later.

^ I know a few Pak Metal bands but had not any particular interest in them. Only Mizraab caught my attention for a while but quickly lost its fire for me.

Band: Slayer
Album: World Painted Blood
Genre: Thrash Metal/Speed Metal
Year: 2009
Country: US

Tracklist:

01. World Painted Blood
02. Unit 731
03. Snuff
04. Beauty Through Order
05. Hate Worldwide
06. Public Display Of Dismemberment
07. Human Strain
08. Americon
09. Psychopathy Red
10. Playing With Dolls
11. Not Of This God

From Reign in blood to Christ illusion i'd a feeling that slayer are the best thrash metal band out there but listening to this new album ya they are the best indeed. Beauty Through Order, Snuff and Unit 731 are still authentic proof of their dominance, though some of the tracks leaked way back in 2008 but still didn't lose the charm.

I listened to the album. It got boring for me rather quickly. Could be worse, but I'm not excited about this release at all. *Puts Seasons In the Abyss on playlist*
