PC Neeed advice on the following pC specs/ pLZ try to help

OK, im building my first pc and i thought i would just ask here before i finalise my build: In any case the specs are as follows:
Pentuim G620
4Gb kingston ram
His Hd 6750
500Gb seagate hardisk
INtel DH61WW motherboard
An old Antec 300 CASe
Cooler master GX 450W power supply
Samsung DVD/Rw combo
IS my PSu enough to power this setup?
And whether i should go for HD 6750 OR HD 7750. I read up on the internet that HD 7750 is a glitchy card, Bsod issues etc. So i should i go for it or for the 6750 or 7750?
Also which shop in technocity( karachi) is good? Should i just build my entire pc from galaxy or will i get better prices from some other shop?

go for the 7750...its way better..
and change the PSU..
go for a Cm460 atleast..
so that u are on the safe side..

I can even afford a 600W cm psu from extreme series since its equal in price wid cooler master GX 450W which has 80+ certification but i have read everywhere that extreme series are crap... So what should i do?

go for 600cm bro...i guess

Go with the 600watt, having some overhead in the power is always useful, and the 600 has a much better tolerance for voltage fluctuations.
