It's beyond me how they charge 100 to a dollar when the bank rate is 104.x and the market rate even higher :/

I'm not sure about that, they might have their own sources but the website is totally legitimate.

I'm in the same boat.

I need to send 900 USD to my cousin in US (doesnt matter how I send it).

I asked AA Exchange (Western Union) and it's a little expensive (107.52 Sending dollar rate and Rs4500 service charges). The amount is coming up to Rs 101,268.


I called the Pay Exchanger. He says I can transfer 900 USD via paypal and his rate will be lower than current $ rate and no service charges.

I'm really skeptical. I can meet at his office since he's in Gulberg 2 (that's where I live). So I'll be doing that.
