My requirements are

It would be great if its

more than 1080 so UHD or 4K

IPS would be preferable

Hdr is a major plus

Must have HDMI input

5ms or less than 5ms response time

120hz or more than 144hz

I want a fast response time because of cs go and higher than 1080 because of Ps4

All of this at the cheapest price

Brand doesnt mean much to me..

Suggestions ??

1. UHD and 4k are the same thing (2160p). I assume you mean 1440p?
2. IPS and 5ms response time do not usually go hand-in-hand
3. HDR monitors have only recently released and are upwards of US$900
4.120 hz & 4k monitors have only been recently released and are also very expensive, as of now

Your best bet would be to get a 1440p monitor which will give you 120hz and IPS..but be prepared to spend more than 70k

Thank you so much so clearing my misconceptions.

Now, on to the point..

I play cs go, fifa, racing, etc games

these require more of a better refresh rate than anything else..

so I am willing to skip on 27inch screen size

so in 24 inches , 144hz /120 Hz refresh rate and 5ms or less response time ??

Also a collegue of mine is leaving our company and he has this SAMSUNG S27E330H Access Denied

in used for 1 month and 23 months warranty...this goes for around 160 euros here (on deal) and he told me I can get it for 90 Euros...

what do you say ?

I am looking to buy the same kinda Monitor did months of search, 1440 is a sweet spot for gaming ATM. 27inch, 2K, IPS,144hz, Gsync/Free sync. You have limited options. I don't like to have TN panel so BenQ is out and so are Asus MG278q and Asus PG278q. Only options left Asus MG279q, Asus PG279q, Acer XB271HU. My personal favorite is Asus Rog Swift PG279q.

4K UHD 32 Inches HDR monitors with 60hz are like $1000, and if gaming one like ASUS launched HDR in 27 inch screen are above $1500.

24" on 1440p is too much strain on the eyes. Trust me, i recently bought 28" 4K and i have to use 175% text scaling or i can't read a thing.
I have done months of research, bought my monitor quite recently so i think i can share what i learned from hours of reading.

You mentioned that fps and fast paced games is your thing so you definitely want a 1440p monitor (sorry my 1080 Ti can't do 60 fps in most newer titles at max quality) so you can maintain 144 hz.
Here are your two BEST options:

Asus MG278Q = 27 Inch 1440p 144hz 1ms TN Panel
Asus MG279Q = 27 Inch 1440p 144hz 4ms IPS Panel

They both are almost in same price range, difference being first is a TN panel with 1ms refresh rate (extremely loved by esports and fps community) while the other is IPS panel with a bit higher refresh rate (shouldn't be noticeable for most). They both are extremely high build quality and offers extremely good contrast ratio and 10 bcp output color depth. The only drawback to them is that they are freesync so if own an NVIDIA GPU (most likely) then you won't be able to use the freesync feature. GSYNC counterparts cost almost $200 extra for the exact same specs.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
