Need serious help !!!!!!!!!!!

i was recently in isb for some work and came back home a few days ago to my bros birthday. bought him a kingston 120ssd. the system hes using is a 3rd gen core i3, 4gb ram and recently upgraded the casing only. there is 2TB drive as well, which we wanted to keeep as storage.

this is the first time im using an SSD for home. at office, the systems were pre-installeed with ssds. so didnt havee much experience before. the problem is, despite doing everything to the letter, im facing these issues

1. the alloted disk drives on 2tb are disappearing. it had 3 partitions. now only 1 is showing. on EASEUS PARTITION MASTER it does show the remaining drives, but theree is a *: in front of it and i cannot access it normally, only from the easeus software.

2.casing doesnt have a 3.5" drive for cd drive, so i cudnt install windows from cd, only from internet copy. and now i cant boot again due to the disk disappearing.

3. whenever i try to "change label/ resize partition" etc on those drives it does not allow or gives an error.


guys please help with this as its creating alot of frustration for the last 2-3 days now.

You could install window via Bootable USB. Window from CD is long gone procedure.

What type of message or error are you getting?

these are the errors i get when im doing something particular to a disk

1.when i change drive letter and exeecute it > mounting volume failed

2. when i resize > it doesnt highlight the drag icon. its greyed and i cant even manually insert the numbers.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
