Need help regarding Ptcl connection

Hey.. i live in OPF Housing Scheme Phase 1 Lahore.. i applied for a ptcl connection and the representatives said that the services were not available in my area.. but on further investigation i got to know that they are not providing me connection just because they don't have any bandwidth left to provide in this area. Does anyone know someone who i can talk to sort this out? Been living with Telenor 4g and its just Shit! with 4 bars of 4g i still get 6000ms ping -.-) Any help will be appreciated

Look for any other local net, they're far better than PTCL.
