Need Help Recovering Data..!!

okay so hey guys.. i was installing vista and you know in the Vista setup it lets you choose the partition on which you are going to install Vista. I had XP earlier.

okay when i was in the Setup choosing the Partition i deleted the Windows XP partition which was the primary partition and i dont know what happed with it my 2 partitions of 70.8GB got deleted and now showed up as 141 GB of unallocated space. I had Data on Both Partitions. I didnt do anything i just restarted and took the DVD out and Turned my PC off.

SO NOW my question is can i recover my Data if so? how? it had alot of my personal and important data.Thanking you in advance .

P.S. I'm using my Laptop atm.

Ask this in the software section. But, it doesn't make sense how you say that you put Vista in one partition and the others also got formatted?

Try using data recovery programs, preferably ones that are made for formatted drives. Also, check Vista troubleshooting or help sections for something like this, if your vista copy is legal, call up microsoft.

YES YOU CAN. DO NOT INSTALL ANYTHING OR OVERWRITE THE HARD DISK WHICH YOU WANT TO RECOVER.
Here is how;
Get "Recover My Files" on Torrent. And use it to recover everything. You will get EVERYTHING BACK.
Its very easy to use, just tell it which hard disk and it will do the Job.

I searched about recover my files but how can i recover my files from Unallocated space here it says

no where here it says that it can recover from unallocated space..

First install Xp on some Hard disk that is not what you want to recover.
Install this software and see, If it doesnt see the Hard disk, just create a Partition, and then recover.
You WILL NEED operating system, so install xp.

really? but RAW came after we make partitions doesnt it? i'm not sure thats why asking

Just install Xp and use the software mate, no need to discuss more, until u have done what is said. Hope u recover ALL ,this happens so often.. My wife lost her PHd data once, But got recovered FULL
So dont worry, just dont overwrite ANYTHING on those Hard Disks.
