Playstation need help ps4 voltage

Salam to all. i want your suggestion so please every body should post their suggestion i shall be very thankful to all.
i want to protect my electronics
1.sony bravia LCD 40'inch
2. Sony ps4.
there are voltage problem in my area voltage not come constant (meri LCD ka panel b sar chuka hai aik par or sony center se repair karvaya aus ne yeh vaja batai k voltage ups and downd hova hai jes k vaja se asa hova hai or kai bar jasy bijli ka jhatka lagta hai or every thing restart like my pc,lcd,tublights hota rehta hai)
so my main concend is to protect my electronices and i want quality power so suggest me what i should get is to best
1.APC UPS "(offline or online or mujy nai pata yeh offline kya hota hai or online kya hota hai also explain someone plz)
2.servo motor satbailizer
sony lcd 160W lets count it 200W max
ps4 151W lets count it 200W max
total requirment 400W
so tell me which is gonna good for me as 10k budget
also can some one explain me the surge protector what is this as it required earth did i work in Pakistan?is they are value able?
note: quvality and long lasting i preffer more.

bro you can use a UPS for both of it... it'll protect it..!!! bcz when the power suddenly gets low its constantly working, atleast you can shutdown & turn off your ps4 & lcd safely... hope it helps,,, note that use your UPS for one purpose only,, i mean just for console/lcd t.v/speakers

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
