As'Salam o Alaikum guys my friends (not member of PG) need respondents for their research. There are two questionnaires and even if you fulfill requirement of one of them I urge you to please fulfill it and will really appreciate it.
First research is about finding role of e-shop's return policy, perceived fairness, trust, risk, product quality and service quality on the likelihood of customer purchasing again (or repurchase) and the only requirement to fill this questionnaire is that the respondent has purchased something online (Which I know most members here fulfill).

Second study is about workforce agility and is studying how various factors (organizational and environmental) help increase agile behavior in workforce, the requirement is that respondent is working(employed) in any firm, level of designation doesn't matter as long as the respondent has knowledge about his/her organizational strategies.
