Assalam PGs, (This Might be my personal problem but i have no way of solving this plz guide and help)
Most Of everyone Knows about my fathers passing away in june 2012, Every Since then i am in deep trouble the problem is long so plz bare with me.
1. My father Had 2 Marriages, He sort of Left His First Wife and married my Mom. Now From his 1st marriage he had 4 sons all + 35 age well settle 2 of them in dubai & From 2nd marriage me & my Sister.
2. Now All my Life Father lives with us and just visit then occasionally but supported both whole life.
3.After My Fathers deaths the harmony and peace just broke down
4.They Partitioned a Case Against my moms building in city court That It was not hers but was oral gifted to his 1st wife. Now In Case we Have Filed 7 Rule 11 for dismissal of case on grounds fake fraud signature of my fathers death.But My Mom is the owner have sale agreement, property tax in her name and paying fbr tax on this building revenue as this building is used for rent purposes.They have forceful placed there tenants with there agreement on there names so we control only one portion of the building under our tenant.
Now in Order for them to pending this case they filed one more case in high court.
5.High court case has a)this building b)one of my fathers building c) 2 Old building my mom use to own in 1992 but sold them in 2000( Not is our procession) d) My Sisters flat e)My home apartment now this case is pending because we don't have money to hire lawyer. In this case the said they want a share as this property is under benami( Meaning purchased by my father ) Which is wrong.
6. Now Only i am my homes Representative as my elder sister who have completed her b.a but is not emotionally stress to a degree that she cant do a job.
7. i am doing my bs(cs) but due to these mater i might not be able to finish my degree and looking for a job
So plz pg Help and guid me as i am in dear need of money thank u
