Aoa .. need the credit or debit card sevice to regesiter a google play developer account ..here is the link ..https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/
Its fees is life time 25$
But few things i want to be sure ...

I tried all pakistani debit cards .. standard charter .. ubl vizz internet .. and many more .. but always failed .. google take 48 hours after u fill sign up form to process payments ... and in 48 hours i got that message that payment failed .. try again .. but when i tried to regeister my account by some of my overseas friend .. i successfully register an account .. so i what i need is an internationational debit or credit card sevice ...

Pm me i can pay 30$ for that service ..

Please try mcb lite card it works in iTunes and google play store
Hopefully it will do your job
It's a prepaid debit visa card like a credit similar to wiz Internet card but more useful

Pretty much no debit card in Pakistan works on Play Store. You should get a relative or a friend's debit card.
And no one here is going to give you his credit card number.

I know but that credit card would get linked to your Google account, allowing you to make transactions through Google Wallet.
I would recommend a service like EntroPay.
Second option would be a Payoneer Master Card.

I'm not a developer nor have I ever linked a credit card to play store. My Standard Chartered debit card isn't accepted :p
I would advise you to get a relative's credit card or a friend's.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
