[NBA] which graphic card should I buy

I have been into gaming for a very long time, its been an on and off obsession of mine, but I have decided to continue.

I have recently burnt out my gpu and now looking forward to buy a new one, I have my friend's mom coming to pakistan in Sept-Nov from USA and i wanted to use the opportunity to buy a card and have her bring it.

Having said the above, I have noticed that the GTX460 price and GTX 550 prices are the same here and over there, what you think I am better off doing, I have a budget of 12k, I want to buy the best card in that budget, I would really appreciate your opinion. Should I order from there and be left with no warranty or buy from here and have at least have 1 yr of peace of mind. (i dont OC)

460 or 6850 there will be alot of cheap card deals there. in old gen find one that is in ur budget,

either 550 or 460 go for nvidia dont go for ati as i see its performance is continuous decreasing with new games . yesterday i played sleeping dogs in my friends PC his specs are

processor i-core 3
Ram - 4gb 1333hz
motherboard intel (don't know the model number)
cooler master 500watt
3d card ati 6790 256bit xfx

on every thing extreme and anti analising on normal he got 15-25fps on 1280x720 resolution

on other hand on my specs are

processor 2nd generation dual core
mother board asus
ram 4gb
3d card gtx 550ti asus

i got 46-76fps on same resolution and extreme setting . :D

Well if ATI cards aren't any good, get the EVGA GeForce GTX460 Superclocked Edition or the Gigabyte GeForce GTX550Ti 1GB (OC'd)

460gtx 1gb edition..!!!!
thats the best card for u in that budget..
if u are lucky in a good deal than 560....will also be really cool...!!!!
