If you want a medium weight mouse, are okay with 5 extra buttons, don't need a ton of features but just the basic DPI changing capabilities, a breathing light and a good palm-grip design, go for the G402. It is an excellent mouse for the price. I bought it not too long ago; satisfied with the purchase. HOWEVER, if you use a claw-grip, stay far away from this mouse. I have had/am having issues with the grip and it is causing me some worrying issues related to pain in my hand. If you're not too worried about that or are a palm-grip player, this is an excellent mouse. The 502 is great if you want something heavier and with more features.
I'm not selling it anymore (despite what my signature says), but you can find it for 3-4k from most places. I got it for 3.5k from Symbios within a few days.
In terms of other mice, I'd say the A4Tech mice are pretty decent. I used a Bloody V7 (selling that if interested) for a while and it performed well for me. For its price, it has all the features you'd expect. However, I had an issue where it wouldn't glide well with my QcK +, hence I had to change it. On every other surface it was excellent. The Bloody V8, Terminator and whatnot are all decent mice as well.
You can probably find a Steelseries mouse such as the Sensei for a decent price, but I've heard people having issues with SteelSeries and Razer mice, and since you're on a tight budget, you might not wanna take that risk. Good luck.
