Hello PGers i am shifting from my old 21" tv CRT and buying new lcd/led, you suggest, my budget is 25k.

I will run my tv on ups so it should be energy efficient
I prefer good reliable brand like Sony,LG,Samsung (you suggest)
I am quite satisfy with my current crt but selling it cause it require a lot of power to run on ups so please picture quality has to be good!
I have dish tv(av only) and asus o play mini(can be run on av and hdmi) so tv should have av(single av is enough i don't mind changing cables)

I don't know most things about tv, i am sure i have forgot many point. please suggest :) .

FYI the picture quality of an LCD or LED will be WORSE than a CRT. Power consumption will be much lower, though. 30-40w for LCD/LED compared to 80+ watts for a CRT.
