[NBA] Router for home use

need a router for home use that has adequate coverage, used inexpensive tp link wr740n it sounds to me lame according to coverage and signal reception

Using a TP-Link WR1043ND, running gargoyle, with no issues for the past 1 year. Pretty good coverage, and it has gigabit ports which makes large file transfers a breeze. I'm using the V1, but the newer revisions should be just as good, or better.

If you have ac devices, then spend a bit more (roughly 11k) for a decent ac capable router like the TP-Link Archer C7.

I have a tp link 1043nd if any 1 needs. As good as.new. it has seen very less use. Since installed in empty room.
