Hey, heads up. I've had a terrible experience with Anker products despite the generally favorable reviews online and the reasonable presentation of their packaging and CS department.

I had an Astro E3 for about six months before the plastic casing cracked and the lithium-ion pack inside (not Li-Po) swelled dangerously and threatened to burst/ignite. I threw away the battery pack and still have the circuitry, which I may use with another battery pack after some soldering and modding.

Your mileage may vary, but just thought I'd share. It served me very well otherwise, until the unexpected threat of spontaneous combustion reared it's head.

I currently own a "2200mAH" Anker Li-ion Battery that's installed in my Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300. NFC seems to be functioning well, temperature is reasonable, but it's been six months and the battery capacity has degraded significantly, faster than the original supplied battery.

I also purchased an Anker 8A/40W 5-port USB charger (with "PowerIQ") that seems to be very popular on Amazon and is generally selling very well, but mine had four ports dead on arrival. Literally, nothing worked out of the box except for one single port. Similarly, I bought an Anker 24W car charger with a USB port and an attached, coiled microUSB cord that was broken out of the box.

Anker refused to accept warranty claims for all four items because I didn't have an Amazon order ID, and ordered the items through a proxy that refused to disclose the ID, even though they themselves had ordered the items through Amazon.

They seem to have good intentions, but a lot of their products are clumsy OEM products that are also sold by companies with varying different monikers — right down to the packaging and the "PowerIQ" tech.

Haven't seen it in ISB anywhere but it should be available in KHI.
Its a Sony portable charger.
10000mAh
CP-F10L is the model.
Two USB ports.
Great one, I have the CP-F5 (5000mAh) too and they're both working perfectly.
Just a bit of information for anyone who stumbles across this thread.

I own the CP-F10L and it works just fine for low power-draw devices. It definitely, however, does not live up to the ~3A output claim when using both ports.

Plugging in my Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 results in the device reporting "Charging" but receiving such a small amount of current that the battery doesn't charge — it just depletes at a slower rate.

This is true for almost all modern smartphones and tablets (anything requiring 1.5A+ on the USB port) that I've tried with this charger. It just doesn't supply the necessary current. (If you charge a phone at 1A, turned off, that works just fine, although excruciatingly slowly.)

I have yet to find one that doesn't have handicapped power conversion circuitry after a few months of usage — I've owned the PowerTraveller PowerGorilla and MiniGorilla, Anker E3, Sony CP-F10, Sony CP-F2LS, Sony CP-V3 and Romoss Sense 4 10400mAH, among others.

Also note that these devices have a loss in capacity of about 30% (variable) due to power losses incurred in the conversion of 3.7V (at battery terminals) to 5V (at USB terminals) and more than 1.5A. So in essence, you'll have around about ~7000mAH @ 5V coming from a 10000mAH @ 3.7V battery pack.

BTW, i started Ghost of Tsushima, and it got me hooked within the first couple of minutes. I already know It's gonna be a memorable experience. This is how you make a proper Samurai game. Not that SJW game Ubisoft is making.

That's still higher than it's total play length. A 5 hour campaign for a $50 game is downright scammy.

Consoles were my main platform ever since Atari 2500. But now I think it's not worth it as PC especially with DLSS deliver far smoother performance. AW2 on console didn't even had ray tracing and ran below 30fps. Similar issues plagues DD2 on consoled.
The cross gen era really made people think 60fps would be a new standard lol

Welp, done with Hellblade 2. Thoroughly disappointed. Such a nothing burger after the unique experience of the first game.

I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

It is indeed the worst generation by far.

Both PS and Xbox have been a flop this gen as they can barely maintain 30 fps in a lot of AAA games th.

  • L LegacyGamerGuy:
As per WCCF Tech review, Xbox Series X doesn't even maintain a consistent FPS and sometimes drops into the mid-20fps range. That's unacceptable, tbh.

Gradually transitioning from console gaming to PC as the games are not worth it. 6 hours of Hellblade 2 is just not worth the $50 price tag.
Score 1 for game pass. I wouldn't pay full price for this at retail either.

Just downloaded my first legit digital PC game on GoG at a discount of $8: Two Point Hospital. The same team behind Theme Hospital Two Point Studios now part of Sega. And I am having more fun than most recent AAA games except of course BG3.

Still, I don't like either Sony or Microsoft as they are focusing more on corporate greed than delighting customers. PC gaming is best of gaming and worth every penny.

PC Gamer score of 58/100 for Hellblade 2??? Is it really worse than Gollum that was 64/100? Microsoft games can't even come close to high scores of Sony exclusives apparently.

About the Microsoft (and Sony) debate, I feel both have become too greedy and losing their minds over corporate greed. Personally, I will never buy any console next gen and switch to PC gaming where democracy reins.
