Seems like they are pretty darn expensive, the XPS 15s. I looked them up and they cost over 1 lac. I suppose you can ask annosaad, a premium seller here on Pakgamers to see if he can arrange the laptop of your choice for you.

1 lac Daammm . Yaar i just need a laptop which is eye catching and play games like league of legends at high settings that all . And it shud have a backliht keyboard as i really need it . I just sold my old Dell N5010 and was looking something away from Dell .

Indeed. Dell Inspiron won't exactly be able to provide those features along with backlit keyboard.

Now that may sound like a sweeping statement but all the people I have met who own HP do admit that many of them touch too high temperatures or there are fan issues, quite often.

Dell Vostro D3550 Core i5. It's available for Rs. 63500 on Galaxy.

Not bad if it fulfills the requirements to play League of Legends for you, right?

Yep, that's right.

HP DV6 IS actually a nice lappy but tell you what, my friend owns this very HP model and he reports that it does get REALLY hot on medium usage. And no backlit keyboard sure is a problem for him to work with on the HP DV6. Plus, the hefty price tag of Rs. 77000.

It's good for basic stuff but for hardcore games, I am afraid this won't exactly be the right choice.

Well i'll be needing this laptop mostly for my university work. I'll be starting software engineering from 10th september inshAllah so need to a buy a laptop before that.

The requirements would be that it should easily run huge softwares without lagging, must have a good battery time, mediocre for gaming since i already have a xbox, easy and light weight to carry since i would be roaming around in the university with this and no heating issues.

Is the beats edition dm4 series better then the normal dm4?

Oh and budget is not more then 40k so i'll most probably be looking for a used laptop since i don't think i can get a new one in this budget except for dell.

Tell you what, i shall NEVER advise you to get a USED laptop EVER! Infact, it's pointless to risk buying any sorts of electronics in used state.

So how about I look for a NEW notebook that might as well closely fit your requirements, if you are ok with that?

Well the Hp dm4 that i'm looking for is being sold by a trusted friend who lives not more then 2-3 blocks away from my house.
So obviously since i know him very well and how carefully he uses his electronics i'll give his laptop first priority.

And yes i completely agree with your advice of buying a used laptop and the risk involved so i'll give my second priority to buying a new laptop in that range but if i'd find one that is.

So if you can then please list down some new laptops in my range, and since you are from rawalpindi aswell, do point out some shops from where i should consider buying it.
