iPad mini. It's a great little tablet with a brilliant eco system, unlike other subpar 7-inch tablets. iPod Touch is excellent too but personally I'd choose a tablet. It does everything the iPod does, just better because of the big screen.

what about the screen?? will it be too bad looking for me as i have already used iPod 4g with retina display?

depends on what u plan on doing with it. if you want something that'll fit in your pocket then get the ipod.

if you want something you can use at home and carry to class in a bag or in your hand then get the iPad mini

i will be doing more of gaming (comparative with other things) and very less of watching videos. that display of iPad is just @#$%*

i have used iphones and ipads,
first ipad have lower pixel density then ipad mini but display is still gorgeous.. apple may have other problems but about display no one can complain

i simply don't like big sized gadgets, which cannot be fixed in pocket.
also 4 inch is not very small for videos, and its difficult to play games on big gadgets while you are lying on bed...

Oh well, I'd say get the iPad Mini if your main criteria is web browsing, movies and music. The iPod touch is only good for gaming and music. iPad Mini is miles ahead in web browsing and all.
