[NBA] Help required for decision

Hi there,

So I'm getting a secondary pc for my brother for gaming and max budget is 40k with pc, lcd, gpu.

I saw alienware r2 being getting sold on olx by the shopkeeper having a stock of it with the specs below.
Processor: i3 4th gen (over clock locked)

Mobo: not sure which one

Ram: 8gb ddr3 1600

Ssd: intel 180gb sata iii 100% health (used)

Gpu: nvidia gtx 645 1gb ddr5 128bit

Lcd: 19 inch crystal bright (rs3500/-)

For 40k

But that's obvious that I can built 6th gen in 45k but my brother like the design and dimension of alienware r2 x51 as it is a tiny form factor which will stay on desk easily.

So if I go with 6th gen then I need small chassis for it and that's expensive though the budget for case is 5k I really like thermartake versa n21 but thats bigger and massive.

So if i upgrade alienware with amd rx460 and 12gbddr3 to compete with i3 6th having rx460 and 8gb ddr4 will it get similar fps?

As alienware having used components while custom built having brand new with warranty

What to do at this point?

i3 6100 new/used
Mobo any supported new/used
GPU USED (search PG market place according to your budget)
Harddisk NEW (1TB)
Ram 8Gb NEW

Casing: Corsair Carbide Series 200R OR get cheap one for now and upgrade it later.

Hahaha exactly that's what I told my brother but yeah getting 6th gen used will more cheaper than alienware! Now just seeking for good case 15inch height width 6inch and depth 16inch
