Z2 seems like the best option currently and I'll probably buy that. However, the z-ultra is tempting me with it's 6+ inches screen. What do you guys think about the Z-ultra?

personally used the device , good screen , below average camera ,good battery , good for video playback and web browsing , the size is too big for a smartphone its more a tablet than a smartphone, the design is excellent , its your own choice , if you want it , simply get it ,if the price is right
on the other hand last time when i checked xperia z2 was 42-43k . its slightly above your budget but still manageable..........

Z Ultra looks really weird with the 6.4" screen. Camera sucks and battery is meh. Don't get it, the size is annoying especially when your jeans have small pockets.

Z2 on the other hand is just perfect.
