^^the h61 with an unlocked processor dont make sense to me
& since he has mentioned that overclocking is a priority, he has to get either a p67 or a z68. & for a single gpu setup there is a z68 board for around 12k

although i do agree that its the gpu thats gonna make the biggest difference in this rig, & that a small SSD would not be worth it- the decreased boot time vs the lower frame rates

If i were to spend 100k on a rig, i would wait for kepler & ivy bridge

THe price differential for one. An unlocked processor has a much better resale potential as well.

you do understand that a h61 board does not support any form of overclocking, no matter what the processor is

& if the OP was not going to overclock, the i5 2400 would have been a good processor with the h61, saving another 2k for the gfx card
